According to an article in the Huffington Post, this adorable French Bulldog named Bueller was alledgely taken at gunpoint in Tampa, Florida over the weekend!! IMAGINE? People do the craziest things now-a-days. Anyways, apparently Bueller was snatched from his owner at approximately 12:19am on Saturday...and having just become a recent dog owner myself, you know when a dog's gotta go a dog's gotta go no matter what time of the day/night it is!!

So yes it was late, but when you're out walking your dog you don't really think about people driving up to you and asking you to hand over your pup!

According to a release from Bueller's owner, McComber, as he was walking his dog, a gray Honda Civic pulled up on the side of the road. The driver stepped out of the vehicle, and then proceeded to question McComber what kind of dog Bueller was while pointing the gun at McComber the entire time.

After hearing that Bueller was a French Bulldog, the gunman brashly said "Well, I'm taking it," snatched little Bueller up, and drove away.

McComber began a social media campaign to find his pawed pal, launching both a Facebook page "Help Find Bueller" and Twitter handle @helpfindbueller.

Sure enough, a good samaritan, Gregory Sakas, spotted the dog on his front lawn after Bueller must've gotten away from the gunman, kept Bueller for the night and then returned the pup to his rightful owner.

Sakas stated, "He was all over him, man," Sakas said of Bueller. "They knew each other for sure."

So happy little Bueller was reunited with his owner!! Gotta love stories with happy endings :)
